Friendly staff that were very responsive to my requests and questions. I was greeted with a smile and a hello every time they saw me. My heating/air unit wasn't working right the first day. The owner (who was super customer service oriented and nice) had it fixed immediately. My room was clean and enough towels were provided. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows. I didn't eat the free breakfast but it was available every morning. Good size parking lot so you never had to park far away from the entrance. There were renovations going on but the sound never bothered me. Great value for the price.

I liked that the parking lot and landscaping around the hotel was warm and inviting. I liked how the front desk staff was polite, professional and inviting. I liked the decor in the lobby area. I liked the cleanliness and decor of the room. One of my teen daughters said it best, " Daddy that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It's even better than my bed at home.

We arrived latter than expected which I called to notify her of and she was super helpful during that and then we arrived at 2am and she was very delightful even at that hour and she went above and beyond to transfer us to a room that wasn't near anybody since it was 2 am and I had 3 teenagers with me.

We were just there for the night on way home and we were happy to see places to eat close by. Breakfast was certainly adequate. No eggs and bacon but pretty much everything else you would expect.
