Our shower head shot over the top of the curtain and ran from the bathroom and puddled in our room. We had the same room on the trip back through and it was fixed. We reported it on checkout and they did listen and had it fixed.

I liked that the parking lot and landscaping around the hotel was warm and inviting. I liked how the front desk staff was polite, professional and inviting. I liked the decor in the lobby area. I liked the cleanliness and decor of the room. One of my teen daughters said it best, " Daddy that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It's even better than my bed at home.

I booked this hotel by accident. But once we got there we were ok. Had been driving all day so exhausted. The young man gave me the key and let granson finish transaction. Staff very nice.

Friendly staff that were very responsive to my requests and questions. I was greeted with a smile and a hello every time they saw me. My heating/air unit wasn't working right the first day. The owner (who was super customer service oriented and nice) had it fixed immediately. My room was clean and enough towels were provided. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows. I didn't eat the free breakfast but it was available every morning. Good size parking lot so you never had to park far away from the entrance. There were renovations going on but the sound never bothered me. Great value for the price.

The overnight staff Kelly was super amazing. We arrived latter than expected which I called to notify her of and she was super helpful during that and then we arrived at 2am and she was very delightful even at that hour and she went above and beyond to transfer us to a room that wasn't near anybody since it was 2 am and I had 3 teenagers with me.

our room was very nice. it felt clean and modernized and pretty. The man who checked us in was friendly and personable. We were comfortable there. We were just there for the night on way home and we were happy to see places to eat close by. Breakfast was certainly adequate. No eggs and bacon but pretty much everything else you would expect.

I absolutely loved the fact that check out is at 12 & that the staff was nice and very accommodating. The location is close to eateries and within a short drive (10mins) to anything else I needed. Overall it was a good experience. I would more than likely stay again.

Recommend for workers, I need to travel to the area almost monthly and never disappointed. Staff is friendly and knows the local restaurants that are worth a visit. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and fresh. Perfect for our needs.
